Orders are confirmed after specifications, pricing, and payment terms are agreed upon. Advance payment may be required. Once production begins, orders may not be changed or cancelled.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for custom-made products, correctly manufactured orders, change-of-mind purchases, or products damaged after delivery. Valid manufacturing defect claims will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
Customers are responsible for testing and confirming that packaging products are suitable for their intended contents and use. Awais Manufacture is not responsible for issues caused by improper use, filling, storage, or handling.
All original website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Awais Manufacture or its respective owners and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
